Not polished but sturdy

Pros-it is built strong and I don't have any concerns about it breaking, it can hold larger stemware as I hoped. It is not made of particle board.
Cons-the paint/stain is rough on this item. The inner part where the glasses go in looked dusty and dry, but it was the rough surface, the stain and sanding may have been done after assembly.. There were numerous nicks in the front of the rack. The color is more cherry than brown. I like this item but I if it was bought locally instead of through he mail I would have returned for one.in better condition.

This is a nice looking device and works well. It was simple to setup. There are couple things to keep in mind: 2.5 ounces is not that big, if you have a couple kids you need to run it 2 or 3 times so everyone will get some. It doesn't take long so that's not a big deal. The outside is plastic but sturdy, the kettle seems well made which is probably the most important part. Price-wise this was just as good as I found at other places online.
