I definitely wouldn't have bought this item at full price, but $20 off enticed me. A little stiff; the loops to hold the flap in place are a bit slippery. But it is classier than the plastic band that came with the watch and much cheaper than what Apple offers.

How "bendable" are these?
I know I can't cut them without a problem but could they curve 90 degrees to go under some kitchen cabinets with a corner?
It can bend pretty close to 90 degrees, if not exactly. We've used alternate adhering methods (fun tack) to try to give ourselves more options, so you might have better luck with a tight corner if you actually use the adhesive on the strip.

Yes, you need the hue bridge. This is just like adding a stand-alone light bulb to your set.

Yes. Just like all Philips hue lights that I've used, these are dimmable from an iPhone/iPad.
