We purchased this at the recommendation of my son's professor. We ordered it online and picked it up from Best Buy. It failed within a month of purchase. When my son took it into the Geek Squad they agreed it didn't work. Then to add insult to injury told my son they couldn't exchange it through Best Buy despite him having the box in hand and our being a best buy reward member. They said we would have to deal with the manufacturer directly.
