Best Car Receiver -- and a Great Value!

This receiver has everything I wanted and more! Check out the specs, and I think you'll be impressed at how much it offers at such a low price point. Most importantly, the controls are VERY easy to use - I've never even glanced at the owner's manual. Most receivers these days are awful because the controls are impossible to figure out. Not this one! Besides having the important features: aux input, USB, Bluetooth, and a decent built-in amp that plays LOUD and with good clarity, I really love the ability to change the color of the display. With 24 color choices, you're sure to find one that matches the rest of your interior lighting (and it's also dimmable). Lots of adjustments can be made to the sound too - more than most receivers out there. Comes with an easy-to-use remote, but I've rarely used it; I don't see the point when the head unit is so easily within reach anyway. But if you prefer to have one, it's there. I'm extremely happy with this purchase - a good sound system makes my car all that much more fun to drive. (Make sure you have good speakers for the best experience!) I wouldn't change a thing about this product. And at about $129, this receiver is a real BARGAIN! This is the one I'm recommending to everyone. Kenwood rocks! A+

What receivers are compatible with a 2005 Saab 9-5?
I'm looking for a bluetooth-enabled receiver to replace the factory unit in a 2004 Saab 9-5 Arc wagon.
You can check the Crutchfield website to look up what fits your car, but sizes are pretty standard these days. (You don't have to buy the equipment there, but it's a great place to look things up.) It will also show you which harness adapter you'll need, as well as the dash bezel you will also need to buy to make the installation look good.

Bluetooth mic
It's Bluetooth capable, but do I need a separate microphone or not?

The Bluetooth microphone comes with the receiver. As for a free install, good luck! Do you have a friend or family member who knows how to do it? Otherwise, I doubt any installation business will install a receiver at no charge, especially since these don't cost very much these days.
