I love my Honeywell portable Air conditioner. Keeps my huge living room cold! The price was incredible...I have yet to find another 14,000btu anywhere else. I paid $467.50 with tax! I used a 20% off coupon I found online by googling best buy coupon codes. If I had to find something to complain about, it could be quieter. But other than that, I have no complaints!

bucketless design????
Where does all the water go in the bucketless design.
I do not want the moisture back in the air.

You can attach a hose for continuous drainage. Or keep it plugged abd empty into a drain pan. I love this a/c. I primarily use it as a/c rather than the dehumid mode.

Is a window needed
I read online that you must have a window. is this true? I am able to bore a hole in the wall for exhaust and water. please help
Window would obviously be easier. But I've seen someone rig a hole in the wall and worked just the same. You may want to look into ductless air conditioners.
