I am so glad I purchased this product with my new laptop. It has already come in handy. I actually have the 3 yr plan - for excellent peace of mind! And, great deal is that it extends the Laptop warranty as well. When used, I've experience only excellent services and help, very friendly and knowledgeable services. Great looking Black stainless DWshr, and runs very quiet! Only gave it 4-stars cause I did hve a major problem with 1st one delivered, but BestBuy immediately replc'd with a new one. Had a problem with 2nd one, but I fixed it prior to installing, has been working ever since. I must state that Best Buy was going to replc it as well, but I pursued identifying the problem and fixed it.

CONCERNED ABOUT BLACK STAINLESS COOKTOP WEARABILITY. WILL IT STAND UP LONG TERM, TO SCRUBBING TO CLEAN SPILLED AND BURNT FOOD. I READ THAT NORMAL STAINLESS FINISH ON ALL COOKTOPS BECOMES BROWNED FROM HEAT WITH AGE.
Lets clarify here, the burner area is not Stainless Steel finished. It is a harden ceramic finish (normally power coated, fired/ baked on finish). The only stainless finish is on the face plate where the control knobs are located. Note, any stainless finish product can be damaged or lessened if cleaned with harsh cleaning chemicals. I highly suggest you research how to care for the stainless finish properly for a long lasting look( with regards to acceptable cleaning solutions). With regards to the cooking area, you can use over the counter cleaning products, but again when scrubbing with harsh cleaners and/ or various scrubbers, it can diminish the shiny finish and dull/ scratch over time.
