I had the videotapes from years ago and decided to upgrade to DVD. The 1 mile is much more strenuous than on the tape and it took awhile to get up to speed ( for my age). Also, there was no cool down routine.Maybe there is at the end of the 3 mile, but I haven't gotten there yet.

Can you turn off the brush for bare floors?
Can you turn off the brush so it doesn't move, in other words, suction-only? I'm leery of using it on my hardwood floors because it may scratch the finish.
The brush folds down (or up). I use the brush for the carpeted stairs to get into the crease and corners. The only part of my hardwood floors that I use this device on is where the carpet meets the wood or in corners. No scratches.
