If I have a few tapes with 30-40 minutes each of video time, can I copy one and add the next and the next to one DVD? Or will this allow one tape, regardless or time, to each DVD?

Best answer

In the easy mode; it's just one video per dvd (dvd has memory limits, so depending on the size of your video you may have to use multiple dvds)

In advance mode; it will allow you to stitch several videos together and burn it into one dvd. Again dvd has memory limits.... It also lets you cut out unwanted scene and stitch just what you want. The advance mode is not intuitive but pretty easy to figure out

Do you hqve to have a vcr for this to work?

Yes, you need a vcr or any video equipment that can output to rca jack or s-video.
