This product did a good job cleaning. I was surprised how much it picked up. We had a pro do this job once and it got traffic places cleaner than he did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

hello how does the heated dry work/
No it does not heat and dry. It does do a good job of sucking up the water and soap. The rug was dry after about a half a day.
