This laptop had all the features I wanted. Setting it up I couldn't get windows defender to update...then noticed all of the other windows updates sitting in a queue..not updated. Tried manually downloading the update several times. Ran a diagnostic and it said the update database was corrupted among other settings. The suggested fix was time consuming with no guarantee it would work so I returned it. Had already spent too much time troubleshooting this. Did not have a copy of Windows 10 to just reinstall. Could not get the DVD player to work either. It does not appear to have been setup correctly
