Nice washer but we are having issues

We bought this washer for it's price/value and the racks that could flip up and down to accommodate different sized items. It runs quietly and washes well; but it takes 3+ hours to complete cycles and periodically it stops near the end with a error message. Hopefully a service call will fix the problem. We don't know if we got a random defect or if this is normal.

What's great about it: It's quiet. The racks can change to your needs. Price was good.

What's not so great: The cycles are very long (3 hrs+) and we keep getting error messages that stop the cycle near the end.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
