Wasnt sure what to expect but I must admit I was pleasantly surprised with the sound. You will not get the superb low, rolling bass for movies like you would get with an upper level sub. However it delivers and overachieves for the price range in my opinion.

It was the Deal of the Day so I gave it a shot. I had previously returned the Yamaha adapter due to poor performance. This was easy to setup and I have not had any problems with it. Well worth it.
