Purchased this for a desktop computer. What's confusing about this RAM is that PNY has different RAM speeds with the same blue or red heat shield. Ended up buying 2 different DDR4 speeds. Luckily the motherboard was very forgiving about the 2 different RAM speeds.

We have an older model Samsung TV in our waiting room. It has an HDMI port in the rear. If I plug this adapter into the HDMI port, can I plug a flash drive with a video loop (no audio) into it to display?
No. The adapter is a display port (DP) to HDMI connector. It's used for a DP cable to plug into an HDMI port.
There are USB to HDMI connectors, but older TV's are not capable of playing a flash drive or external drive from the menu. Some newer TV's can detect a flash or USB drive and play the contents if it's in a certain format.
You can connect a laptop to it using HDMI to play the loop, or purchase a Google chromecast. The dongle is plugged into a HDMI port. You can broadcast the loop from a desktop or laptop using WIFI.
