Good camera, hard to navigate

Very disappointed in the battery life. Brand new and have to charge twice in a day. Eliminating the menu function button is a very huge inconvenience. Especially with games and apps! Less options for backgrounds in messaging. People that I talk to say they don't care for the sound of the phone coming through their end. Granted the quick focusing camera is a plus, but the negatives outweigh the positives!
