We have three Samsung TVs and have had no issues, so buying another Samsung was a no brainer. However, when we set it up, we found the stand to be very wobbly, so much so that the TV did not sit level. Apparently, the TV is a little heavier on the left side and the wobbly stand allows the TV to tilt to the left. The largest of the other Samsung TVs is 40". Samsung's single-point stand is not sturdy enough to securely support a 65" TV. We returned this TV and got the LG that has two stands and is more steady. If you are going to mount this TV on a wall, I'm sure it will be fine.

Constant Unbalanced Load

We purchased this washer a an open box item. We had a constant problem with the washer going unbalanced. It took several attempts to redistribute the clothes to get it to balance and sometimes it was never successful. I expect that the problem stems from it being an open box item rather than a bad design. Since this item is on back order with Best Buy and getting a replacement would take three weeks, we returned the washer and dryer and purchased a Whirlpool Washer and Dryer pair. We have done several wash loads in the Whirlpool and they are working great.

Working Well

I have had no problems with this computer except that the display does not fill the screen. There is about a 1/4 inch margin around the image. I called Dell support and he tried hard to resolve it and was going to send me a box to ship it for repair. I decided not to do this because I can live with the situation and don't think it is a hardware issue. Some day a graphics driver or BIOS update may fix it. Overall the computer and Windows 8.1 is working fine.

We bought this refrigerator as part of a complete kitchen appliance upgrade. The game manufacturers play is that they have very stylized handles, so to get appliances that look the same, you have to get all the same brand. We chose Samsung because of features we like on the refrigerator and dishwasher. We have a wall on the left side of the refrigerator that limits opening the freezer door to 90 degrees. We wanted a refrigerator that has a slim profile for the things (ice maker, bins) mounted on the freezer door.
The first unit delivered was DOA; the lights inside didn't even light. (Yes, it was plugged in.) Best Buy delivered a new one the next day. We heard a high pitched noise and called Samsung to see if this is normal. They said it was not and set up a service call. (Mr. Appliance of Fort Collins, Colorado; I don't recommend those guys.) Every time the service man was here things got worse. The first time he ordered a part, but when he left the refrigerator was no longer level (it was level before he got here) and the freezer door was rubbing on the wall. When he came back, he had the wrong part. He leveled the refrigerator, but then the doors were not even. The freezer door was at the bottom of its adjustment range and the refrigerator door was at the top of its range, but the freezer door was higher than the refrigerator door. When Samsung called to see how the repair went, my wife told them of our tale of woes. They immediately said they would replace the refrigerator. The third one was the charm. This unit works great. I love the digital temperature readout; no more sticking a thermometer in the refrigerator to try to adjust the temperature.
Kudos to Samsung for their customer-focused approach, calling to follow up on the repair and making sure we were treated right.

When I wanted to upgrade my wireless network to 802.11n, I immediately chose Linksys based on previous router and reputation. I was sorely disappointed with the performance and Linksys was no help; they tried to upgrade me to a better model. I did some research and was surprised that Asus had such high ratings. Best Buy allowed me to exchange without a hassle. Best Buy has really stepped up their game on customer service. Asus has also stepped up their game compared to the laptop I bought a few years back. This unit performs great with no interruptions.
