Amazing Apple Product

I totally love anything that APPLE manufactures including their newest product the APPLE iPod touch 32 GB (5th Generation). I am the owner of two other iPods, i.e. iPod Nano, iPod shuffle which I have had for years. I have always been extremely delighted with the features on these products. I love taking my music with me whenever I travel and all I have to do is pop one of these little gadgets into my bag and I'm done! When I saw the iPod Touch, I knew that I had to have one. I ordered it from AMAZON and waited for about a week for it to arrive. When it came in the mail, I couldn't put it down for a minute! It was so easy to set up and I loved the idea that I could just "tap" on everything to get started. It comes loaded with "apps", but you can always go on over to the "app" store and add what you like. You can do this in a snap! You are guided on how to use the quick set up which makes it really simple. OK, so it's a bit larger than the other versions, but it is so light to handle that it is unbelievable. It also comes in such pretty colors. In the box is the iPod, earbuds, wrist strap and lightening speed charger. If you have iTunes, you will NEVER run out of stuff to do, movies, music, books, etc. Also you have to connect with WiFi. internet connection. I'm all set for Summer with my new iPod!!!

After updating firmware to v. 1005 on 4/13/15, Netflix is working fine. Apps include Amazon, but not HBO Go, although maybe future updates will add HBO. Comes with HDMI cable and AAA batteries. USB on front. HDMI, digital audio out, Ethernet on back. Yes, it has WiFi and Ethernet. Picture is great. Plays BluRay, DVD, CD, and audio CDs. Requires remote (included) to operate, but works with Samsung TV remote, so you don't need multiple remotes. Updating firmware takes <2 min online with FiOS 25/25 internet. Detects my wifi network from the other side of the house with chimney in between, so I think it has a good wifi receiver. Does not have a power light, but not a major issue. You will certainly know when it's off because there will be no picture on the screen. Don't read reviews prior to firmware v. 1005 on this machine. It's a very good BD player at a very good price.

Upgraded, and proving to be worth it!

Bought this to replace our original Xbox One. It's incredibly quiet, and the size difference is noticeable, and keeps the entertainment center from becoming too cluttered.
The 4K video is pretty awesome, even without HDR, you can see a difference. Game load speeds seem to be about the same, and even though the controller was redesigned, mine seems to disconnect often enough to be a nuisance. The lack of a Kinect port is a bit of a bummer since we already had one.
All in all, excellent upgrade if you're coming from a 360 or even a 3 year old Xbox one.

Prepaid Is Better

To start off, I'd like to say that X-Box Live is amazing and worth every penny. Online gaming is incredibly fun and quite a good way to pass time.
That aside, there are downsides to X-Box Live that can be avoided through prepaid cards. Number one, you always run the risk that unwarranted transactions will be made if your credit card information is stored on your X-Box 360 system. It may not happen all that often, but it's best to avoid it all together.
The biggest reason to buy prepaid Xbox Live card is the renewal process that happens when you don't use one. If you order X-Box Live through your system, it'll renew every time your subscription runs out. This wouldn't be a problem except that it's not that easy to cancel. Instead of canceling through your system, you have to go through the hassle of actually calling X-Box Live support. Even then, depending on the representative you get, you may be hassled to keep your subscription because they really don't want you to cancel it. I'm guessing that's part of their job to convince you to keep it, but it still is frustrating to the person that is trying to cancel it.
You'll have to go through this process every time you want to cancel if you don't use a prepaid card. Is that hassle really worth it? I don't think so. Therefore, avoid all of the problems by simply buying a prepaid card. You won't be sorry.

Will go down in history as one of the greatest fil

This was by far the greatest war movie I've ever seen since Saving Private Ryan. In fact it might've been the greatest war movie I have ever seen. Andrew Garfield gives an incredible performance, the story goes along at a perfect pace, and the action is some of the best you'll see on screen. As much as I loved Saving Private Ryan, a lot of it was fictitious. Of course the war was real but the characters and in fact Private Ryan himself was a fictional character. While Hacksaw Ridge on the other hand is all based in reality every character is based on a person who really lived through World War II. So in my opinion that makes Hacksaw Ridge a much more powerful film. This is truly one of those films that comes along every decade or two that will become the default answer for people's favorite film of all time. When you ask someone what their favorite film is you consistently here Braveheart, Saving Private Ryan, Forest Gump, The Godfather, Citizen Kane, and get ready to hear Hacksaw Ridge more often as this film is seen by more people.

Great movie. I never did get heavily into the comic book era. I dabbled into it from time to time but nothing more. If you're really into the Marvel series this is a must watch. Very impressed with the new take on this characters abilities and the battle scenes. FINALLY a different style from the common Spider-Man re-make after re-makes, Batman's, etc. Visually appealing, great story line.

Funky DL ignites his renaissance project to A Tribe Called Quest's 1993 classic album Midnight Marauders with his 2017 album Marauding At Midnight: A Tribute To The Sounds of A Tribe Called Quest. This boom-bap bonanza comes in the form of a completely sample-free remake of the entire Midnight Marauders album, and after spending the summer of 2016 in the studio studying, dissecting and re-creating all the original samples Tribe used, DL laced the colorful and melodic grooves in true hip-hop style adding harmonic vocal chants over the beats. His aim was to strictly follow the original Tribe arrangements, - but without sampling any breaks - to garnish subtle touches of musical magic, providing his own lift and vibe for each track. The November 2016 surprise release of Tribe's We Got It From Here... Thank You For Your Service makes Funky DL's tribute to arguably the greatest group in hip hop history more poignant and demonstrates DL's exemplary but serendipitous timing for this project.

Blu is Back at it Again!

Blu's releases have been up and down for me over the years. With Good to be Home, I think Blu came through with one of the better albums in his expanding catalog. I generally tend to veer away from double albums with a lot of features, but I love what Blu did on this. It definitely gives you a sense of how strong the scene in Cali really is. The features all come through and mesh well with Blu. He goes back to his roots on this one and delivers solid lyricism over headnodders from Bombay. If you're reluctant because of the reasons I noted, then I'd put those fears aside and check for this cause it knocks!
