After owning this for a long time I decided to get new flight controls, because I wanted something that had the throttle and the stick separate,so I went with the x52 and that was a huge let down, not only did I down grade to horrible stick,but i also gave away my logitech, thinking that I didn't need it, so I bought a thrustmaster t16000 ,another disappointed there, I bought this again and I'm not wasting my money on anything else.

Unfortunately most security systems run through Internet or wifi because they have a support system which is used to back the system up in case of vandalism, theft or damage and this is one of those , but I'm sure if you continue to shop around you will find one that records directly to the system, if you decide to get Internet I strongly recommend this product, I hope you find the right one that works for you.
