I don't usually buy the deluxe edition but this time the kids wanted the toys. got a mini fig and a small lego set shipped way separately. We also got a couple of free codes for additions to the game and we found they added little if any benefit to the game. Wouldn't buy the deluxe edition again. We have all the lego games for PS4 and this might have been the quickest completion time we finished it in a few hours a week for a month.

Can the built in external battery pack successfully charge a high power device, such as Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, which requires 2.1 amp charging rate?

I don't see a manual. Trying to figure out what all the green light flashes mean. Is it charging? Is it done charging? Thanks
the lights blink at self test then the charge level goes static as to how many lights are on and the blinking light / lights are the level that is currently charging.

What special device is needed to charge the device? The answer "you need a micro usb cable" is pointless. I have tried a variety of USB wall chargers and a laptop charging USB port and nothing will charge up the battery.
I use a Samsung Galaxy tab S2 OEM wall charger to charge this device and it takes 8-10 hours to charge.
