Wash time too long-120/140 mins on heavy load.Cloths had to be rung out by hand before putting in dryer.I returned both units,Best Buy was great about return/refund.Will consider them 1st to buy different brand.

Can you get an agitator inside the washer?

My washer goes up and down in time. It will have 40 minutes left, I'll go upstairs and come back down and its at 43 minutes. It will count down to 35 minutes and the next time I check it, it's at 41 minutes. What is going on?!
