Great phone, disappointing service

My old iPhone finally gave up the ghost, so time for that long overdue upgrade. I wanted lots more memory than my old one and this is great. Phone looks, feels and works great, except for that annoying lack of a headphone jack. Checking out took longer than it should have. Best Buy employee was unaware of promotions so I had to push to get that. To test that the phone was properly activated he ripped through all the "welcome to your new phone" setup steps so it was a pretty large effort for me to fix all those settings he messed up.
