Works just fine for a basic home theater system. Detailed user manual is online only and is a little funky, but most information is there if you keep digging. Limited number of decoding options, but Dolby Digital works great. I like the dual subwoofer outputs since I use a pair of Large Advent speakers for woofer / subwoofer duty. They won't shake the walls, but sound great at moderate listening levels.

I wanted to give Windows 8 a try. At this price it didn't make sense to me to buy the software and load it onto one of my computers. Still working with the Toshiba / Win 8 combination. This will take me some time to sort out, especially with the Holidays. Everything works fine out of the box. Without the touch screen I am trying to make Win 8 work like Win 7 with some additional features.
