I have ano Otterbox phone case that is kinda thick so it sometimes doesn't want to charge. Also it's not as fast as plugging in directly to the same cord. If you plug ur fast charge cord into the regular wireless charger it's almost as fast as this one. Kinda bogus.

Battery really lasts! Sound is Amazing!! I wear them in the rain and in the shower. They connect great. Charge very fast! I have a pair of JBL Elite 100s but I think I like these a little more. The sound is not quite as crisp as the JBL (barely) but the bass response is slightly better on these. I'm glad I have both, I like to switch them off, but if I only had one pair, it would be these. Side note: I also tried a pair of the powerboats. They were SO uncomfortable!! They had great bass and volume but ultimately were Torture on my ears so I took them back. Glad I did.

They sound great and have really good battery life. High end is crystal clear. So are mid-range and bass. The graphic equalizer in the ap is fantastic! They also charge fast. Full charge in a couple hours. Very comfortable. Sound cancel is great, but I don't use the transparency much. It works good for traffic noise if ur biking although the mic is on the front of the collar so it doesn't pick up traffic behind you, which is kinda the point. This is just picky but, the voice that tells you it's powering on or off sounds really disgusted. Especially when you turn her off. This is overall a really great product. Even the packaging is first class and I love the carry case.

Does this phone have a place for a SD card to expand the amount of memory?
Yes. And it takes most high capacity chips. I'm using a 64g card in mine. Just be careful opening the door. It's prone to flinging across the room and vanishing when you pop it out.

My laptop does not have CD drive. How do I download the software?
If ur using Windows 10, it should be there. Otherwise you can download it if you have another connection. I had a slower adapter that I was upgrading so I had another connection option.

It has both a regular and a micro USB port. Not fast charge but it works.

Is the connection between the subwoofer & sound bar wireless?
Yes. The only wires are from the little speakers to the subwoofer.
