NOCTURNAL ANIMALS is never going to be a film that one can easily view without disgust, horror and puzzlement. It's one of the most unique pieces of storytelling this individual has every seen in cinema. After my initial shock at scenes of disturbing violence and disgust, I settled into being on the edge of my seat to find out just how the story ends. The end is exactly as it should be. Is it revenge, getting back, or just a brilliantly creative way of telling someone you really loved just how much you really loved them? You can make up your mind when you see it. I highly recommend that you see this remarkable piece of suspenseful drama.

At the hands of many directors, RULES DON'T APPLY might just be another uninteresting portrait of a famous recluse the public never knew anything about, because that's exactly what he wanted. Under the pen and direction of Warren Beatty, this film is a portrait that might as well be all truth. Played with precision by Beatty, this fascinating film treats the viewer to a Howard Hughes that's probably as close as anyone would get to see, unless one actually worked for the man on a daily basis. See this film. It's masterfully presented by genius who still makes the cinema genuinely appear to be sheer excellence.

KONG SKULL ISLAND is wonderful fun from start to finish, and in 3D, it's spectacular. I enjoyed the new version of the story. The plot was solid, all the actors did a good job, and the film itself was stunning to watch and enjoy. There was never a lull or dull moment. And all the creatures were REALLY BEHEMOTH! What I enjoyed most is this version wasn't juSt a sequel, and a sequel to what? It had heart, depth and a message. I will treasure this film in my KONG collection.

All three Night At The Museum films were great fun to watch, and having them all in one collection allows me to revisit them often, and because all are in one package, they take up less space on my shelf. There are a plethora of films about the attack on Pearl Harbor, but this remains as the one that the others that followed can look back on as a classic. I enjoyed the perspectives from both the Americans and the Japanese.The detail and story line remain at the forefront of the film, and it doesn't appear to have lost its value as a war movie to be seen about the day that will ,live in infamy.
