I have never been a fan of *live* recordings because often the recording quality is not the same as when recorded in the studio. This album is the exception. My only fault with it is the intro song which has about 30 seconds of audience sound before the start of the music. This is okay if you are listening to the album and want to remember when you were in the audience hearing the concert.
But when your playing music and you want to crossfade, this is unacceptable. If your playing for entertainment at an event, folks will stop because of the lack of music.

I love the artists of yesteryear. Dorsey's band can bring the beat and Sinatra.. well.. its Frankie! You can hear his tunes still in many modern movies still!

I'm not a big fan of Cher but she has a quality of singing that is pleasing. Not a big fan but the titles; Runaway, All or Nothing, Strong Enough, has a good dance beat. Dov'e L'amore has a beat that reminds me of a Latin mix. ( I'm no dancer ) It is amazing how many artists sing songs about heart break, ache or Love. But as with all things, you may or may not like this album. I like the song sampler you can use with most sellers to help you decide if this is one for your collection.

Unrated version of Hancock

We saw this at the theater and loved it but when this came to DVD it was shocking in that we had young children with us and the unrated version was more for adults. At the insistance of own own young children we returned it. If you have children beware that this version is not the one you want to see with them. Will Smith is an excellent actor ( all the actors in this movie ) and all the talent in this movie made the story believeable in that, modern superhero's might have to deal with. People seem to want help only you might find out they do not like way you helped them.
What's great about it: Different spin on superhero
What's not so great: Not the theatrical version
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
