I have used this mixer on several projects. I have made muffins and bread mostly. This unit is pretty strong. It moans a little on the french bread dough.
The attachments were nice at first but the blade and dough mixer are starting to pit. Not very good for having this only a couple months.

1st the directions and the screen saver dont match up.
2nd when i went to remove the plastic from screen saver the glue had adhered to it making it almost impossible to install.
3rd the screen saver did not go all the way to the edge i had 1/8 of an inch on 2 sides that wasn't covered. I peeled it off and trashed it. 25 bucks down the drain. Customer service wasn't much help

It holds my dslr and 24-70mm lens. I added an adjustable head to the monopod when i bought it. I'm 6'1" and this is tall enough for me with a few inches to spare. Its lite weight and it hooks to my backpack easily. The only down side is that most of it is plastic. No rust
