Took about an hour instructions a litte vague in places,perserverance paid off and it's really a nice stand,holds all my receivers and amps plus a 55 inch tv,doesnt wobble or rack a bit.

TV Stands

Up to xx" but loks like it can fit 65"

Been looking for a TV stand (with back mount) for my samsung 65" LED TV. I see a bunch of stands that states "up to 50" or 55" TV and 130lbs. My 65" is only 72lbs. It seems the brackets are all universal to all wall mount systems. Why wouldn't my TV fit on it?
Anyone have any insight on this? The price difference is almost $200+ for the larger size TV stands.

I installed a 55 inch vizio on my 50 rated stand just to see what would happen and you know what? nothing, holds it fine and could probably put a bigger one on it!

LOOKING AT A TV WITH A 400MM X 400MM HOLE PATTERN FOR MOUNTING CAN THIS HANDLE IT?

How much weight can each shelf hold?

I have 65 plus pounds of audio gear (not including the weight of the TV) and want to make sure this stand can safely hold all of it. Of particular concern are my 25 lb receiver and 30 lb center channel speaker. Can each shelf hold at least 30 lbs?

I have my pioneer 1124k receiver and a sr35 amplifier on lower shelf a pioneer 524sk receiver on middle shelf and my polk cs20 center channel on top shelf.At the time I wrote this review it hasn't fallen yet,doesnt wobble or rack side to side,seems to handle weight fine.
