The United States has a military presence in two-thirds of countries around the world. A group of 12 have had enough and initiate a terror ultimatum called the Blacklist — a deadly countdown of escalating terrorist attacks on U.S. interests. Sam Fisher is the leader of the newly formed 4th Echelon unit: a clandestine unit that answers solely to the president of the United States. I waited a while to buy Blacklist, even though I love the Splinter Cell games. The multiple missions open up the world much more and feel even more open than the very previous games.
I enjoyed the game a lot. I waited to buy it pre-owned for the price and it made it especially worth it. There were no issues with the used discs from Best Buy so far.

I wish the 4k Blu-Ray version were less expensive so I could have purchased. I felt that this version of Blu-Ray was good but could have been better. I remember the movie theater picture quality being crisper and being awestruck but that was over 10 years ago.
