Keyboard issues - Worth Another Try?
Purchased in May 2015. Recently brought back to Best Buy's Geek Squad due to not recognizing the keyboard. They sent into their center in Kentucky and ended up reimbursing me because it couldn't be fixed. Should I bother with another or get something else? Would like to buy an IMac but want to buy an iPad since they are discounted right now, not in budget for both.
Yes, it is worth another try. As most manufactures often produce defective products, and yours was most likely one of the unlucky ones that sneaked past the keen eye of a quality inspector. It is actually a great machine, and in my eyes, well worth the "let's give it another chance!"

Is this Google Chrome 32 bit or 64 bit?
To my understanding a Chromebook is not measured as one does a PC. 32/64 bit would only be applicable to a PC, which refers to the operating system such as Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. And Google is just Google, like Android is measured by example the latest version is 5.1 Lollipop. Hope this answers your question.
