Little handy product

Galaxy Note 2 is my workhorse ... phone, my camera, mp3 player, email, camera etc.
This spare battery charging system is very good for keeping a battery that is 100% charged but battery only lasted a few hours with normal use. Original battery that came with phone will last 17 to 18 hours with same use.
The charger itself might have been fine, but since I can't exchange the battery alone, I returned the whole package.
Now I think I might try the Anker battery and look for a different battery charger, if I can fine another one.

Google Chromecast is an amazing product for people who wants to use secondary display (specially big size) for mirroring their devices screen.
Set up is very easy: you plug it in to HDMI, plug in the USB for power (either to the TV or to the included USB power plug), connect to its ad-hoc network via the chromecast app and then it's good to go.
The streaming functions work really well, there's a small small delay if you are using cast function for Chrome tabs since the device acts as a remote more or less.
Chromecast doesn't send content from the phone to the Chromecast directly but instead allows the Chromecast device to pull the content from the internet/cloud. The negative of this is no direct mirroring and limits functionality to application specific implementations BUT it allows the device to be turned off or removed from the network or other tasks to be done on the device.
Local content that is supported by Chrome browser/OS can be played/cast to TV just by dragging the icon file into the active-cast Chrome tab.
Final Thought: If there are more websites and apps that are as integrated as Netflix, this small little device can be ridiculously convenient. It works almost flawlessly between apps, across different devices.

Nothing very great but then it does what it is supposed to. Never had issues or jitters. Decent priced.

I bought this 64GB Class 10 (fastest to date) card for my new Nikon D7100. It's rated as the best performing SD card compared to other brands. I have been recording videos (HD) and RAW pics along with JPEG format. Never, read or write errors as on date.
Transfer rate is really awesome with my MacBook Pro Retina 15.
I'm just glad that you can buy a card that has so much space on it for such a cheap price now.... They used to be outrageously expensive just a few years ago.

I give it 4 stars because its so cheap. I bought this as part of bundle but I have noticed its ok quality.
This does induce flare at certain times but you should be good at beginners stage. But going forward you will need more than this.

I recommend this great bag for getting the things that I have and need. I have my D7100 with attached neck strap, with attached Nikkor 18mm to 105mm zoom lens 70-300mm, ready to go in it including attached lens hood! Additional battery, filters. It's sideways ready to grab. It's possible because you can rearrange the section dividers (velcro held).
But with telezoom lens in my kit, sometimes its little open from sides so in snowy and rainy condition it will be challenging.
Otherwise great option and comes with two DVD packs as manual and tips.

I purchased this to have a backup for when I was conducting long shoots. I have found that I typically do not use both batteries on most shoots.
Nikon's own test conditions yielded approximately 4,500 shots per charge.

This truly incredible. I have easily taken more than 800 to 1000 shots on a charge, sometime's more. A big part of the number of shots I get is how much I review them on the LCD. This is the largest drain of power.
Even though battery comes in D7100 package and has an amazing life, I would suggest picking up a second. If you have two batteries you should be able to charge both the night before a big shoot and then when you swap them out, place the empty one on the charge. In about 2.5 hours, the empty battery will be refreshed.

Things compelled me to choose this model
Fast, 51-point autofocus system. Dual SD card slots. Large pentaprism viewfinder. Excellent control layout. Preserves details at high ISO settings. Shoots at 6fps. 1.3x crop mode available. Very fast startup. Sensor design omits optical low-pass filter.
