This collection has most of Rare's well-known and liked games. I wish they had included 'Wizards and Warriors' (an old NES title) but what is here is enjoyable. It's certainly the cheapest way you'll get to play Conker.

...You'll probably enjoy this game. Overwatch is basically the same: a hero-based first-person shooter whose characters are larger than life. Choose a hero character at the beginning of each match (each has his/her own unique abilities and special moves) and off you go against the other team. Blizzard even releases little videos about the characters every now and then to tie in to their personalities. The game isn't complex, though you'll want to practice with different characters, and there certainly is strategy involved. But it's easy to jump, jump out. This is pure multiplayer with various objectives.

Be the hero in Star Fox Zero, the continuation of the legendary Star Fox series. Blast through the enemy forces that are threatening the Lylat system so that you can enjoy peace once more. A variety of tools are at your disposal including the Arwing jet and the Landmaster tank in Star Fox Zero.

It's been a while coming, but we finally got a new Star Fox game. It uses the gamepad and comes with an extra game in this pack. You can use the jet mode or the walker mode, depending on level. Controls are fun. Nintendo went all out for this one.

Took this camera to Kenya with me, was happy with my purchase.
While it may not be the most feature-intensive camera out there, or the have the greatest specs, for the price range I'm pleased with it. While in Africa I got a lot of nice animal photos and videos, and the camera survived camping and the dusty roads. (Please note: we had a power generator available to us for charging things at night; the battery life would not have lasted the whole safari.) The battery life isn't terrible, but definitely grab an extra battery if you plan on using it all day; unfortunately the battery isn't the cheapest.
Also, this does NOT come with the camera software in the package. You must download it from Canon's website if you wish to download photos to your computer via wifi or use their photo editing/organizing program.

Way back when this game came out on the Nintendo64, people tended to either love or hate it. It was the sequel to the award-winning Ocarina of Time, and being that it was so different from its predecessor, some fans just couldn't get into it.
Fast forward to now, it seems players are way more willing to give it a chance and love it. Its darker tone and spooky story are a bit unusual for a Zelda game, but it's every bit as enchanting as other titles in the series. The graphics have been excellently updated, and a few features added to make keeping track of sidequests easier.
Similar to the time-traveling motif in Ocarina of Time, you're also time-traveling in Majora's Mask--but over the same 3 days, over and over. A little like the movie Groundhog Day, you repeat the days to perfect/complete events that happen throughout to avoid a catastrophic event at the end of the third day. This takes a little time management on the player's part.
Some people think it sounds tedious, but I never thought so. There's still a Zelda-type map to explore with various environments (swamp, ocean, mountain, canyon). You can teleport around to save time, and you can manipulate time too. It just takes a little watching the clock. At heart, it is still a Zelda game.
On a further note, this game plays great on the New 3DS XL. The New 3DS XL has an extra button you can use to directly control the camera view, plus the improved 3D effect is great. Just nice little perks.

While the smaller version of the New 3DS will not be coming to North America anytime soon (if at all) the New 3DS XL is the best model that's come over yet in my opinion. I know some complain that it doesn't fit into pockets well, but I enjoy the bigger screens.
The improved 3D effect is great. I hardly ever used the 3D on my older 3DS XL, but on this one I use it most of the time I play. The device tracks your face so you can move it around more without disrupting the "sweet spot" where the 3D effect works best. The new buttons also feel good and the "nub" is nicely responsive.
Note: there is only one game so far (and it hasn't even been released yet) that absolutely needs to have this system to work. All other 3DS games will work on the older models, so don't feel like you HAVE to upgrade to this model to play future 3DS games. There are a few games that will take advantage of the extra buttons on this newer model though, like Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D. So, you know, if you can upgrade I think it's worth it.
IMPORTANT: the cord to charge this device does not come in the box! It's unfortunate, but I guess Nintendo figured most people who would buy this model already had a power cord from an older model (they use the same kind). Anyway, if you don't have one, you can buy one at electronic stores or online.

Having fun with it. The map is really quite large, with tons of nooks and crannies to find items. You make a series of choices during the story, and it is actually not easy to decide which the "right" answer is. There are multiple endings. Troy Baker is unsurprisingly fantastic as the antagonist Pagan Min, but I wish we saw more of the character. Love the setting, and the Shangri-La sequences are gorgeous.

good for display and useful in games

For $13 this is a pretty nice display figurine. Also, the NFC chip in it makes it useful with games (although not necessary to play said games). So far I've used it with Smash Bros (fight against the character and configure traits) and Hyrule Warriors (get an extra item), though it may be used in future games too (come on, new Metroid game!).

The little instruction booklet refers me to the "electronic manual" if I want detailed instructions on any subject. Where can I find this?
This can be found on Canon's website. You will need to search for the specific camera and download the .pdf file.
