Great resolution, disappointing quality

We decided to purchase a Samsung smart tv based largely upon its reputation for excellent picture quality, sound, and reliability. The picture quality and sound have been as advertised, but the reliability/durability...not so much. We are now on our 3rd tv of the same kind as the screen went out on the first two (one within a couple months of owning it). Fortunately, we had the protection plan,so we were able to get replacements each time. The Geek squad service was great...our only complaint is that we had to repurchase the coverage after each instance (even though there were multiple years left on the plan). In the future, we will not be getting another Samsung television.
