Boring and annoying cinematography

I bought this because of the rave reviews about the 4k HDR quality. While the video quality is very good, the constant panning with what seems to be an ultra-wide angle lens throughout the movie annoys me to no end. The image goes from slightly stretched to normal every time it goes from the side of the screen to the center - an artifact of using wide angle lenses. And the story is super boring.

Fantastic with OLED 4K

Connected this to my 65" OLED LG and wow. Even old blu-Ray movies looked amazing. 4K HDR movies are really everything I expected too - magical! Power up and play speeds are great. 4K movies starting up much faster than old blu-Ray ones. Not sure if I am imagining things but there seems to be some motion blur side effects when I set the output to 4K as opposed to auto. Seemed more apparent in James Bond type movies. Btw the perennial favorite Avatar movie they use for demos at the Sunnyvale,CA store looks so much more insanely better with this player than with whatever signal they use at the store - it really does the TV a great disservice to demo it that way (hope someone from bestbuy reads this)

Create a reliable internet connection throughout your home with this Google Wi-Fi system. The convenient package of three connectivity points effortlessly covers even large homes up to 4,500 square feet. This Google Wi-Fi system eliminates uneven bandwidth usage among multiple devices, including cellphones and tablets, for an unimpeded connection that doesn't lag behind.

I upgraded my Comcast Internet speed to Gigabit but am still having in-home wifi bandwidth problems. my Comcast rep says it's due to the others in my apt complex and the interference from their networks. Will this help my bandwidth or interference?

Google wifi is too slow for gigabit broadband. Even the top end orbi may not be fast enough to get full speed. Hardwiring is likely the best solution.

Nikon DSLR Camera with 16-80mm Lens: Capture stunning photographs and 4K Ultra HD video with this DSLR camera's 20.9-megapixel CMOS image sensor. Built-in SnapBridge lets you share images instantly via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. ..

Would a regular memory card work with this camera or does it have to be a QXD card only. Anyone have experience with what regular memory card works better than others.

works fine with SD cards - I shot several sporting events with high speed continuous (cH) to JPEG no problems. I think if you plan to shoot RAW with 300 continuous frames then you need the XQD card.

Control your home lighting automatically with the smart timer on this Philips Hue White starter kit. The user-friendly system lets you turn lights on and off or dim them with an intuitive app for your smartphone or tablet. This Philips Hue White starter kit has space for up to 50 lights and 10 accessories to connect your entire home.

Can the bulbs be programmed to progressively become brighter at a certain time? For instance, if we wanted to use them as "wake up" lights, could they gradually brighten over the course of 10-15 minutes?

They have wakeup and sleep scenes in the app that do that. And you can choose over how much time to fade in or or out. Up to an hour.

If you buy the starter kit - white only you only have white light and no color? You have to buy the color bulb to get the color you want? The white bulbs do not change colors correct?

Correct. The color bulb costs a lot more.

Experience stunning pictures and vivid colors on this 65-inch LG OLED 4K smart TV with HDR. Since the pixels can be individually controlled, the blacks appear deeper and the colors more vibrant. This LG OLED 4K smart TV uses webOS 3.0 to let you easily connect to streaming services and mobile apps.

What does OLED Stand for? Is this the newest 4K Ulta HD Smart TV with HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE TV? What's the difference between this and the former top TV? Is it worth the $2K difference in price? Thanks

Yes it is worth difference in price - if you appreciate the picture quality. If you can't tell the difference, of course it's not worth it. Nothing else comes close to OLED after I've had it for the last month.

The LG website states there is only a digital optical audio output. There is no headphone output either. Can anyone clarify what audio outputs are actually available on the B6?

There are no analog audio outputs. All digital.

Any difference between this the 65B6P and the 65EF9500? From what ive read. The only difference is that the ef9500 only supports hdr10 and this supports both hdr10 and dolby vision. Any other differences? Oh and ef9500 has web os 2.0 and this has 3.0

I have the b6 version and the Dolby vision on Netflix is visibly superior. Worth the price difference if you can swing it

How do I get proper upscaling when connected to a Sony Bravia 4K TV?

I have the new Samsung 4K Ultra HD player and a Sony Bravia 4K TV. I expected the "upscaling" of 1080p Blu-rays to be noticeably better, but the image is not better. In fact, it's worse than my regular Blu-ray player's image. I have the right HDMI cable, my Bravia manual says all the HDMI outlets on the TV are 4K capable, yet movement is fuzzy and the image is far less crisp than my old player created. What am I doing wrong? I've tried all the settings to no avail.
I suspect when you leave the video output (TV size) to "auto" it may output at 1080p, but when you force it to 2160 (or whatever the highest is), it seems to upscale it. I have been playing with it back and forth and I do think it upscales when you force it to the highest setting. my old blu rays look amazing on this player and my 4K OLED. Not sure if it's the OLED, but I'm sure the 4K has some effect,
