Superb state of the art hub makes connectivity iss

In recent years, efficient high speed connectivity has become extremely important as auxiliary storage and display devices get faster and faster. The Satachi solves connectivity issues. This communications hub, the Satachi Thunderbolt slim 5 in one USB C meets all connectivity demands and enables computer connected devices to perform at their max speeds. The design takes advantage of being compact, very light, attractive finish, in short, unobtrusive! There are no sharp edges, spacing of slots is excellent. Is there a downside? In my humble opinion, it is the power brick. It is large and relatively heavy. One would think think that the care that went into designing such an outstanding hub, would have created an efficient power brick design, alas, Satachi apparently paid the power brick design little attention. Back to the hub, a joy to use. Data flows up and down appeared to be error free and smooth as silk. Using the hub to connect my state of the art display projector had always been a chore. With the Stachi, it became a breeze. I wanted to check 5 stars, but the power brick design bothered me too much, otherwise — this is a 5 star product.

Normally I would do a review on a Speaker beginning w Specs, not this time. This time we begin w aesthetics. This speaker is Retro, ands blends beautifully with numerous furniture designs. I found it to be beautiful in appearance. It just looks better than my other speakers due to the beautiful burnished wood colors. and provides smooth clear highs, mid tones that reproduce sounds accurately, and with serious woofers w plenty of bass. Size can be a feature, a neutral, or a negative. In sizing, senninghausser made the correct decisions. This speaker is superbly sized. Its length is standout. You may place the speaker on top of most any nightstand, lamp table, end table or entertainment center. It will fit without wording about overhead. The sole requirement to concern is a power outlet. Notable features are an app that is installed in 1 minute, and providing outstanding connectivity via Hey Googol, and Alexa.so that almost any music providing platform works flawlessly w the speaker,.

Performance - superb; aesthetics - so so :-(

Excellent: the performance. Vastly improved my hearing watching TV, movies, in restaurants, social gatherings - both indoors and outdoors. The app had short learning curve, easy to use, accomplished all I wanted, once it was installed, installation was an exercise in futility. I was unable to use my apple email addresses, iCloud in that a 2 step process required my receiving and entering a verification code. I was unable to receive the code despite using 3 different Apple based emails. I had to phone the help desk and their suggestion was to use a gmail address. I did, it worked, all went silky smooth. My issues are with the aesthetics. The portion of the hearing aid that goes into the ear is a prounounced BLACK color. It should be a lite color or clear color rather than the eye catching black. The wire that loops over the ear is just thick enough to also stand out. I have another brand of Hearing aids that use the same format. The ear inserts are almost unnoticeable, and the wires are of a narrower diameter and barely visible. The aids charge quickly in their case, hence these aids are more desirable than my other aids where I am constantly replacing batteries. I also love taking cell phone calls with the aids being the receiver. If the 2 changes were made by the OEM, these aids would be 5 star!

Laptop that is a work of art, precision and power!

I am unable to find something substantive that I did not find excellent about this Dell Laptop computer. The appearance is beautiful. The length, width, DEPTH dimensions excellent. The solidity, rigidity, and feel of the case excellent. The way the case is hinged and opens and shuts -- excellent. The interior design excellent in all respects with numerous function keys to control most everything a user could desire. The power on with face recognition functioned flawlessly in all light and angle settings. Everything loads rapidly, and the computer is ready to work in about 30 seconds. The battery life provided me with the ability to go through my 8-12 hour workday on a single charge. The resolution of the screen provides razor sharpness, brightness, contrast that are all excellent. The engine that drives this superb 15" laptop is up to fulfilling every task extremely rapidly and efficiently. Intel's latest generation i7 is quiet, and quick, combined with very fast mass storage via a silky smooth SSD of 512 gig and 16 gig of state of the art RAM. Everything just worked perfectly. BTW: keyboard feel and large trackpad feel superb! Anything left to be desired? I would have liked more ports, to include HDMI, and USB A and B. Dell did provide an adapter so that a USB A/B and HDMI device could connect via the USB C slots, but that is a small annoyance. A small adapter is just one more piece of equipment that may be easily forgotten or misplaced. I frequently use a projector for presentations and the HDMI adapter worked well ( but must always be handy). In short, what's not to love? I cannot think of anything!

Sleek exterior, brilliantly designed inside, COOL!

This mini refrigerator is many things, but it is not mini in capacity. The interior is brilliantly designed to maximize storage capacity. The 3 glass shelves slip out and in, with the lower shelf being a half glass shelf. This allows instant removal for tall bottles or commodities that require large vertical capacity. You can stand tall beverage bottles vertically. The door shelving is designed to maximize storage capacity. The exterior size truly belies the interior capacity. Interior light is LED and bright. The only control is a dial that allows the temperature be set from 32 degrees to the low 50s easily, or to turn the refrigerator to OFF. The exterior is sleek and smooth on all four sides, and provides the bonus of allowing the back of the refrigerator to be placed extremely close to a wall on the sides and back. Thankfully, the door may be installed to open left to right or right to left with a five minute procedure. I have the fridge in my master BR, and it is extremely quiet. The Insignia has leg adjusters that make it very easy to level. Summary: Excellent well designed and constructed mini refrigerator, easy to highly recommend!

24” behemoth that will make tasks easier to accomp

The HP monitor has it all. Looks, quality, performance, ease of use. The monitor was beautifully boxed such that the box functions as a protective carrying case with handle. It was extremely easy to put together (no tools required) with a stand that provided height and angle adjustments with a touch. The features that enable the monitor to display were designed to be virtually invisible at the bottom of the monitor frame, yet extremely easy to access with a finger touch. I connected my Apple Macbook Air via HDMI into my USB C/ Thunderbolt adapter and the computer screen was mirrored almost instantly on the sizeable approximately 24” monitor. I checked out various presets for cool vs warm colors, versus a brilliance setting that was superb. The monitor provided a side benefit other than size and sharp crisp display, as it functioned as a 2nd screen rather than a mirrored screen display. Kind of like the sidecar feature that Apple makes available when using an iPad next to an iMac desktop. Apps can be opened and then moved from 1 screen to another. I particularly enjoyed bringing up photos on my Macbook 12 “ display, and sliding only those I wanted to enhance, to the monitor. While leaving the other photos displayed but not moved to the monitor. It was like having 2 computing devices without the same expense. One app could be on the monitor and another app on the Macbook Air. Two different apps full screen and viewable simultaneously with the ability to move and drag and drop. I couldn’t be more pleased with the workings of this monitor. I would recommend every small screen computing device be supplemented by this 24” monitor. Save your eyes, enjoy your time spent with your computing device inexpensively, and accomplish tasks faster than your small screen device facilitates.

Kiss Macbook Air connectivity issues good bye!!

"The Duo Pro 7-2 USB-C Hub" custom solved my Macbook Air connectivity limitations. My M1 MacBook Air is all I need for every work and fun project, alas -- except for connectivity. There are only 2 USB-C ports. That means all kinds of dongles, adapters, special cables are needed to connect most of my accessories. If I am low on power, I have to use 1 of the 2 ports exclusively for power. Since storage on my MacBook Air is limited, I use an external Solid State Drive (SSD) for storage. But I also need an SSD for my Time Machine backups. I can't have all 3 connected, hence the value of the Hyper Duo Pro. I have connectivity in a beautifully designed unobtrusive case that appears custom fitted for MacBook Air. It attaches on or off in 1 second. There are 7 ports to meet most any need from ultra high speed Thunderbolt 4 connectivity to the old/slow USB A and B port devices (I have several). It also accepts HDMI, and has a Giga bit ethernet port, an audio jack, and very importantly -- a Micro SD card slot. Though unimportant for my needs at this time, it comes with a flexible USB C cable. That allows connectivity to my iPad, any PC with USB port. Did I mention how good it looks? Check out the attached photo, then get one to solve connectivity issues inexpensively.

State of the art features, quality, sound & suppor

Audio technology continues to get better and better, and the Bose Smart Soundbar 600 capitalizes on the latest features. It was astonishing to experience the quality of the audio produced by this relatively small soundbar. The 600 has side, upward, and forward facing speakers. They somehow combine to bounce sound in a way that makes it appear to surround you, rather than simply coming directly from the soundbar speakers. The audio directed upward ricochets and gives a sense of height as needed. Bose talks about the speakers Dolby Atmos, and True Space technologies, and the soundbar's "up mixing" ability for audio sources without Dolby Atmos. I can only say it works beautifully. A great soundbar truly enhances music and audio of all types, but the 600 goes step further with a feature where clarity of voice is enhanced by a simple mouse click. This voice clarifier feature, along with others all reside in the Bose Music app. That is where volume may be controlled using your finger to slide the volume slider anywhere from barely audible to rocking the room. Base and treble, Center Channel and Height Channel may be adjusted. The soundbar also excepts voice commands via Amazon Alexa (built in mic), and via the Google Assistant app. The Bose Music app also permits groups to be created so that other Bose speakers may be merged to enhance base, or just to be able to disperse and control the other speakers. I own a Bose Soundlink Revolve II portable speaker -- that fit right in and connected via bluetooth. The 600 app connects using your Wi Fi, and is straightforward. Though the 600 comes with a remote which has buttons to connect w bluetooth, your TV, control volume, mute -- the Bose Music app on your smart phone or tablet (I used my iPad) -- is the way to go. Note: When I initially tried to set up the 600 with the oldest TV I own, it would not work. I called Bose Tech Support and discovered that neither of my 2 HDMI slots was HDMI ARC or eARC. All newer sets seem to have HDMI ARC, but it is something that you need to be aware of. I then went to my new 65" TV and voila. Tech support explained that even without an ARC HDMI input, if the set an Optical Input slot, the 600 came with an Optical cable and that could be used in lieu of HDMI ARC. BTW: Tech support was superb. I phoned and was told that I was 14 in the queue, and that I could leave my number and would be called when my name reached the top of the queue. It took 15 minutes and Bose Tech support was assisting me with the HDMI vs HDMI ARC problem. Quality sound, state of the art features, excellent software and superb service -- I enthusiastically recommend the Bose Smart Soundbar 600.

I own several indoor/outdoor security cameras, each by a different manufacturer. The Swann CoreCam rises to the top. It is not that each of its features is the very best, but the synergy created by the overall number of features (and the price) takes this camera to the top of my list. Out of the box, the setup was quick ( 3 minutes) and extremely easy. The app provides many features that allow customization so that the many settings can accommodate the needs of every user. Some users want more or less distance coverage. The camera can be set to minimize or maximize distant motion, pet detection, etc. IR sensors matched with the motion sensors provide excellent imagery while almost eliminating alerts of no concern. Zero wires, and a very adjustable mount make locating the camera ezee-pezee. The CamCore is powered by RECHARGEABLE Lithium batteries. The provided cable simply plugs in to the camera and an outlet. I haven't tested the time needed between recharges, but Swann says approximately 3 months. Is a subscription service needed? The CoreCam comes with a 32 GB SD card, and will accept a card with 128GB. That is sufficient storage for most folks, but a cloud based security service is offered for people to keep a rolling 60 days of storage. I used the app to control the siren, and conduct 2 way talk -- excellent results. The 1080p HD video was also excellent, especially combined with the PERSON Detection, even in the evening hours. As for coverage, the field of view is very wide. With the camera looking down at a medium angle, the area under coverage was extensive. Features galore, combined with exceptionally easy setup and camera location -- all at a superb price point means Swann clearly came up with a security camera winner in its CoreCam model.

The Dell XPS 15 Laptop, in a word -- Magnificent!

A superbly versatile and powerful laptop computer that is an outstanding value for now and for the future, Dell XPS 15 9520 stands out from the crowd. It is powered by the 12th Gen Intel I7 with 14 cores, 20 threads, and will clock at "4.7" GHz in Turbo (that is FAST). On board storage is a solid state drive with 512 GB, and a plentiful 16 GB of memory (RAM). The display is a 15.6" bright high resolution razor sharp anti glare screen. Sound: there are 2 woofers , 2 tweeters, 2 microphones and an audio jack. For a notebook computer that is beautifully styled, gorgeous silver case with exquisite contrasting black interior, the sound was absolutely excellent. The microphones were sensitive, and worked exceptionally well when I gave verbal commands and instructions. The Dell Connect software uses the Amazon echo software so that it works with android phones and devices, AND with my "iPhone." This Dell feature (SHOW mode) allows the computer to recognize "voice" commands proceeded by "ALEXA, and to "DISPLAY" the ... weather, news, facts about most anything you want to know, making and receiving phone calls, mirroring your cell phone with file transfers, making the camera into a surveillance camera when desired, an alarm to remind you to ... after X minutes or at a specific time, etc. Once you lift the top of this computer, the onboard camera fires up (working in conjunction with an infrared face sensor) and uses FACE recognition to fire up (though it also has finger touch recognition). The face recognition is extremely fast and accurate with initial training during set up taking a minute. The keyboard requires light touch and is a pleasure to type on. The trackpad is convenient to use because of its 6" width with approx. 3.5 length and instant tactile response. Function keys abound with keyboard lighting, print screen keys, etc. In designing this marvel, Dell placed a light sensor at the fromt of the case which will automatically adjust the brightness of the display and keyboard to the ambient lighting. Accessories require ports, and this notebook has two USB 4 Type C ports, as well as USB 3.2 Type C port, an SD card slot, and also has Bluetooth 5.2. I have been actively using notebook computers since they were introduced to the marketplace, and have owned 13, including MacBooks. I like this laptop more than any other I have used, and would unhesitatingly recommend it for home or business use.

Fry up tater tots, meats and other foods without oil using this BELLA Pro Series air fry combo unit. An integrated pressure cooker produces rapid results, and removable parts ensure cleanup is simple, even in the dishwasher. Can you air fry after pressure cooking to get food crispy with just changing the lids or do you have to change the pots
In order to use the air fryer, one must use the air fryer grate (lid), but also the air fryer basket. The pressure cooker plate (lid) is made to work with the pressure cooking POT. You should never leave the pressure cooking pot in place when you are air frying. The air flow that is needed would not occur.

Is this waterproof?
The Ion Sport Go Portable PA Speaker is definitely not waterproof in any way shape or fashion. The case is water resistant, hence a small splash from a spilled cup is tolerable. Never leave it exposed to rain, or sitting in water.

There are several third party manufacturers that market pods that fit the Original Line Lattisima Pro Cappuccino machine. I like sticking with the Nespresso pods because they are encased in aluminum instead of plastic and are air tight sealed better for long storage. The difference in cost is negligible. When you spend $500 for a machine, the cheaper pods make no sense to me. As for the 50 pod holder, it is not obtrusive, sits under the Cappuccino machine, protects the pods and makes their selection a 2 second choice.
