Natalie Portman as Jackie is quite good. The voice is good not exact but close to what Jackie Kennedy sounded like. The film was a minor disappointment but I did enjoy it. I don't know what I was expecting. The film was different than what I thought it would be. It also makes her seem like a very nasty person. .But right after her husband's brains are all over her and she wants him remembered as GREAT, I guess she had good reason. I would reccommend this just on Portmans performance.
I really enjoyed this film. Touches on autism and what is possible. Great action flick also. I hope there is a sequel to this not that one is needed but I want more a-s-kicking and more adventures of this man. I recommend this 100%.
After watching this I know why It bombed at the box office. Ron Howard left out at least half of the book, then changed elements of the story. It is a watchable mess of a film if you have not read the book. If you have read the book you will probably hate this.
The writers of these Tales were overly GRIMM. These are very twisted and nasty tales that have demented characters. If you love dark twisted , extreme stories you will adore this film. The special effects are well done and Selma Hayek and Toby Jones are amazing. I question why John C Reilly is in this for 3 minutes at most. The twin boys are quite beautiful in looks and actions. I highly recommend this as a sick flight into the darker fairy tales.
Even though you know the oil rig explodes you are hooked into this film from the beginning. The characters are well acted and Mark really brings his charisma to this. Lots of vile corporate greed that leads to tragedy. Action from start to finish. FX are especially well done.
Turn the sound way up and listen to the roar of engines. Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron are great together on screen. Never a dull moment in this film from beginning to end. I loved the various trucks/cars/hybrids and their destruction of everything in their way. Could be the Best Mad Max ever.
