I like this band...it was easy to install, great looking, and is much friendlier for those that use the heart rate monitor a good bit (the chain link was simply too loose)...but for the money, I would expect it to endure wear a bit more. After only two weeks, it's showing stress marks in the loops. It's not visible while wearing it, but it soon will be. Maybe I'm just tough on them...but it is pretty :-)

I bought this unit knowing full well it probably was not going to be robust or reliable enough to meet my needs, as Apple has never impressed me from the networking side. There's always some little flake that makes using it consistently and confidently troublesome. In this case, breeze to set up...good, fast storage...but if you have an AC channel and an N channel, the N channel will constantly fail...eventually, I had to put everyone on the 5ghz channel as, for some reason, it seemed to stay up.
I know there are probably interference reasons why, but this product is pedaled to consumers, and therefore shouldn't have these types of issues...not to mention it's quite pricey. My advice: steer clear, and if you need storage, get an external TB drive...they're much faster.

I got this headset based on the feedback of many, and I can see why...it has EXCELLENT sound quality, especially for BT headset. You see everyone wearing them (or trying to hide them) these days, so you figure it's got to have a decent reputation, and it does. Pairing was super easy, the on-headset controls are intuitive once you memorize what they are (like any headset), and overall, I was very pleased. HOWEVER...and it could just be Android, as I've never used them with an iPhone, it would just *poof* disconnect from time to time. I'd be on a call, and all of a sudden, they'd be asking where I went. A quick reconnect on the phone did the trick, but that's a bit of a stretch...it should stay connected. Just FYI, this has happened on a Galaxy S4, a Galaxy Note 3, and a Moto X...
Again, overall, very nice...but I can't rate value or quality an excellent with the disconnect issue...

There is no stock battery replacement for the iPhone 6...it's not meant to be changed by consumers. That being said, the Apple Store can do it (for a fee), as well as other 3rd parties...the Geek Squad might be able to help, too.

Do I have to be connected to my phone or the internet for fitness tracking apps to provide information?
I'm not sure how to answer this...do you have to have *what* connected to your phone or the internet? Generally, you don't have to be...but you do have to have GPS connectivity for distance/speed, and if you want to share or log data to the cloud, you have to be connected. Otherwise, your heart rate (which typically requires another device...heart rate band, watch that takes heart rate, etc.), your location (which is enhanced by being connected), your speed, etc., shouldn't require Internet access.

My iphone6 bent while in an otterbox, what should I do?
I'm not an Otterbox or Apple employee, but I can tell you that if you BENT your iPhone while in an Otterbox, then you clearly put pressure on it that no case is built to withstand. Cases are built to withstand impact and scratching...not being sat on, stepped on, or having any amount of pressure applied and sustained... You might try and contact Otterbox, but I doubt you'll get far...
