this product, although expensive, does a great job of projecting my laptop on the wall television without stringing wires across the room. I am able to hook up one end to my laptop at my desk, and the other to a TV mounted on the wall. There is a very slight delay, but it is hardly noticeable. Also, volume is also projected, so, if I am streaming Netflix on my laptop it shows on the Television with sound as well.

This product is excellent as long as you know what you are getting. I use it at work for sharing spreadsheets in a meeting, or web conferences. If you are looking for a high end television, this is not the television for you.

Will the wireless HDMI connect to a HP desktop computer with HDMI capability?
Yes, I have mine hooked up to my laptop and both audio and video transmit.
