Checked out the reviews and this got a bad rating by others that tried to use it. What is even worse it is the only option available to best buy customers. I went to Lowe's and bought a more durable vent hose to use. Another problem with the kit is it comes with a lot more parts than I needed and probably most people. But you are expected to pay for all the extras that come in the kit. Waste of money. The guys who delivered the washer did hook up the water and electric for me and made sure the washer worked before leaving which was a great help. I did the vent hose on my own.

I was worried about the reviews on how well this product would work with automatic water fill and complaints of the noise. But this was the only washer/dryer that would fit for our house. After using multiple time with different size loads I am happy with the auto water level fill. It uses a lot less water than I thought it should but the clothes come out very clean and it does a great job. It holds a lot more clothes than I thought it would and even with a large load it fills up with enough water to do the wash. I runs different and sounds different from any other washers than I have had but works well. I was going to get another front load washer but this works just about as well and uses minimum amount of water. Dryer also works well.

In order to get free installation you have to buy their generic kit for installation. The kit contains a lot more than i needed but they would not install with the parts i already bought which was only the vent tube. So I returned the kit and installed it myself for a fraction of the cost. They only have one kit to choose from which received a very poor rating and I saw no reason to be forced to buy a cheap product. The installers were courteous and helpful but could not bend the company rules.
