Good sound, but not a good fit for me

The Jaybirds produce really good sound. However, I could not tolerate the other features: When you turn them on, it makes a loud intro audio announcement that is uncomfortably loud (I ended up turning them on, letting the announcement play, then inserting the earbuds into my ears). Next thing I didn't like was when the battery gets low, it makes a LOUD audible notification "Battery at 20%!". I find this audible notification disrupting when I'm listening to music or podcasts. It seems you could have your music or audiobooks on low volume and when the "Battery at 20%!" notification comes on, it delivers at a loud volume (higher than your preset volume for media). Third, the battery does not last that long (less than 8 hours). Those three reasons I had to return them. But the Jaybirds had better sound quality than my Anker and TaoTronics bluetooth earbuds. And the Jaybird has a smartphone app that lets you download and customize sound profiles.

I have a Dynex brand LCD tv that no longer has the original remote control. I purchased this Insignia remote control open-box and followed the instruction booklet on pairing the remote to my Dynex tv. The first try did not work, but I tried again using the other pairing methods suggested in the instruction booklet and it works! All the buttons work and I am able to get full function out of that TV again.

I like how it tracks sleep habits and I can view that on the accompanying smartphone app. Months ago I had a problem where it would not sync with the smartphone app even when the phone is connected with the smartphone app via bluetooth. This is the 3rd Microsoft Natural Ergonomic 4000 keyboard I have owned. The manufacture date for this one is in June 2015. I believe it is an improvement over the one I bought in 2012 (also a Natural Ergonomic 4000). The improvements are:
-requires less effort and pressure to strike the keys (especially the space bar)
-The keys have a black matte finish (rather than the semi-gloss finish from the 2012 model)
-The key noise is slightly softer than the 2012 model (the click noises are more muffled)
