I'm a pretty big Gaslight Anthem fan and I was pretty excited after they released their first single "Rollin' And Tumblin'". However, the record lacks the same punch as that first single. Get Hurt is still a decent album, but it lacks far too much of the punk punch that their previous releases had.
Everything changed with the arrival of the Traveler. It sparked a Golden Age when our civilization spanned our solar system, but it didn't last. Something hit us, knocked us down. The survivors built a city beneath the Traveler, and have begun to explore our old worlds, only to find them filled with deadly foes. You are a Guardian of the last safe city on Earth, able to wield incredible power. Defend the City. Defeat our enemies. Reclaim all that we have lost.
I'm a big FPS fan, but not so much military shooters. Destiny is the most fun I've had with a FPS since Bioshock Infinite and the most enjoyable multiplayer shooter I've played since the Halo games. On the subject of Halo, this game plays very much like Halo so if you're a fan of Bungie's previous high-profile shooter, you'll feel right at home. The story is pretty underwhelming as is the endgame content, but there's still a lot to like with this game.
