when you put the phone to your ear you will not hear anything but you can put it on speaker phone you hear everything. Yes I have messed with the volume still don't work. I have reset the phone 3 times and it still does it. It have been acting real slow at times. The other day I had to cut the phone off to hang it up. They need to work on this issue.
