Batman v Superman should have been an epic movie. There were a few epic scenes such as how Bruce Wayne became tied to Superman and Batman kicking the crud out of some bad guys. The ultimate edition supposedly had some extended scenes and new content to flesh out some of the holes in the theatrical release. My copy must be broken because I cannot tell. It seemed to me to be the same long and boring marathon of a movie that seemed to spend all it's time looking for a purpose. And Wonder Woman...uh...why was she important to this movie? If anything, Ben Affleck did an excellent job with both Bruce Wayne and Batman. Wonder Woman should have been reserved for her own movie. Exposure a piece of her past in BvS, in my opinion, makes her solo movie irrelevant. What's the point. No matter how evil or bad the antagonist is we know that she lives and is still devastatingly beautiful by the time she is in BvS. I feel that her solo movie should have come first and then Bruce Wayne's revelation in BvS allows the audience to feel like they got one over the great detective.
Anyway, if you are a fan of Batman or Superman, and have a few hours of your life that you can do without, then check this out. Otherwise, wait until Suicide Squad saves... oh, wait, they didn't save the franchise. Well, maybe some future movie will build some interest for the DC Universe.

First off I just want to state that this is a great keyboard. The keys feel good and the lighting is spot on. The size of this keyboard is on the small size due to the exclusion of the number pad and the extra function buttons that you normally see on gaming keyboards. For me, this is a plus since I do have limited space to work. This keyboard also has a set of media keys at the top of the keyboard: Mute, Volume Up, and Volume down. It also has a windows lock button for those times that you want to lock out the functions of the windows keys. It also has a brightness intensity button.
The keys feel pretty good. The stiffness is great for those who like to rest their fingers on the keyboard before they depress a button. The shapes of the keys are also nice and fit my fingers well. The one issue I have is that my typing speed has decreased slightly. This is due to the pressure and distance my fingers must overcome to depress each key. The keyboard I came from was a membrane keyboard which had a much shorter travel distance per key and little activation resistance.
The lighting is cool. I currently have the keyboard set to show all keys red on a low light setting. When I press a key, a random color explodes across the keyboard. I like the effect. I also have the keyboard programed to recognize a few games. When I start up MechWarrior Online, every key that I require to play the game is lit in a different color and grouped according to function. The keys I do not use are turned off. I am a touch typist so if I need to type a communication to my teammates I can do so with ease.
Other features I like about this board. It is quiet when compared to Razors mechanical keyboard. This is not to say that this board doesn't click loudly. What I am saying is that it isn't obnoxious about it like Razor. The keyboard also has a quality feel about it. The keys don't have that cheap plastic feel about them like some other keyboards I auditioned. The plate under the keys is metal and the body of the keyboard is stiff plastic. Again, the plastic does not have a cheap feel about it. The only thing I wish Corsair did was release the Cherry Red Silent keys with this same chassis. I did audition those keys and preferred them but the keyboard was too big and the media keys that I rely upon were missing.
Finally, I have to point out the negative of this keyboard. The software truly sucks. The organization of screens, effects, programmable features, and profiles are confusing and poorly implemented. Supposedly I can create a mode for each profile and somehow I am supposed to know how to switch between profiles. I had to watch a YouTube video by a review just to get a simple lesson on how to manage the software. And even then, I stopped manipulating the keyboard lighting features at what I described above. There has to be a better, more streamlined way of making the lighting features available to the average person.
Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and hope to have years of gaming, general computing, and typing ahead of me with this keyboard.

Another Awsome Damion Wayne Feature

I really liked this movie. I have heard that fans of the comics didn't like Damion much. I haven't read many of the New 52 comics but I have enjoyed the Batman/Damion Wayne movies that have been released over the last few years. Damion is still a loose canon, super ninja, cocky young boy who isn't afraid of taking on the devil himself. The team up with the Teen Titans was a little odd at first but it setup some nice situations that I had seen him in before. He was forced to socialize with people his own age who also had abilities that you don't normally find in this age group. I think the focus on someone more screwed up than Damion, Raven, was genius. The way they setup the Justice League vs the Teen Titans was really good as well.
If you've enjoyed the movies that came before then you'll like this movie. As long as DC keeps producing these movies I'll keep enjoying them.

Not as good as her debut album

I fell in love with Megan Trainer's first album. I found it refreshing to have melody back in music. I was looking forward to her second album. Even though there were few fun, high energy songs that referenced some of the sounds of the first album, I just couldn't get into this album. Party of the problem is some of her music sounded too much like everyone else's. The album is dripping with female empowerment almost to a fault. Her song No is an excellent example though I'm not quite sure who the message is for. Her ladies who go to night clubs to build insulating walls from male clubbers or for men general who have the audacity to ask a girl to dance at, of all things, at night club. I didn't grow up in her world so, frankly, the song doesn't resonate with me as it probably does with city folk who go clubbing.
For the most part if you are a Megan Trainer fan then you may like this CD. Otherwise, wait for her next album which hopefully will show more of how Ms. Trainer has differentiated herself from other singers and less of the in your face, watch me drown in my success, don't you want to be me, rapper culture that this album so obviously pulls from. If she gold plates her teeth then this will definitely be the last album of her's I purchase.

Awsome movie. However, I am so glad that I waited until my kids were a half mile away from home before I watched this movie. This is definitely not a kids movie. Otherwise, it was fun to watch. Sometimes, it was uncomfortable to watch. If you like anti-hero, off kilter kind of action movies with some filthy jokes and language thrown in then you are going to love this movie. I would recommend this movie to my friends. But not my friend's kids.

Fantastic for the Money

I recently upgraded my sound card to a Creative Sound Blaster Zx sound card. The card does an excellent job of separating my audio from the interference generated by my motherboard and other equipment. However, the speakers I was using, the Bose Companion IIs just weren't up to the task of reproducing the higher grade audio signal. I saw the Klipsch on sale and decided it was time for an upgrade. This system is not the highest end audio experience out there. It's also not the most expensive. But from a cost/price perspective this was the clear winner in my books. It also has an mini-stereo input connector on the volume module which has proven to be a real plus for me. It allows me to leverage this speaker system as a mini hi-fi system for my portable music players.
So, what did I get for the money. Each speaker has a midrange and a tweeter. The low end is sent to an 8 inch sub. The first thing I noticed is that the speakers play very loud. Each volume knob rotates about 300 degrees from 0 to max volume for both the sub and the satellite speakers. For my listening space I have the volume for both the satellites and the sub set to 10 degrees from 0. My volume on the pc is also set very low. For near field listening it is plenty loud and detailed. I've had Bose, Yamaha, Cambridge Soundworks, and Altec Lancing computer speakers over the years and the only system that has come close the Klipsch is the Cambridge Soundworks. And the Cambridge is almost 15 years old and still being used as a mini stereo system in my basement.
The Klipsch are made of plastic. The Satellite cabinets do resonate. The louder they go the more they resonate. In all honestly I haven't noticed any appreciable detraction from my listening experience. My video games have nice, detailed highs and mids, and the explosions, gun shots, and foot falls of giant stompy mechs have that satisfying bom bom bom you would expect from a sub. Movies from Netflix and other streaming services sound decent as well. Don't expect 5.1 home theater quality sound but it's excellent 2.1 home computer theater.
The other item I do like is that I can plug in external sources easily using a simple headphone stereo connector. I use my old Zune portable MP3 player simply because it has an HD receiver built in, a Pioneer Elite receiver that was collecting dust in the corner from my last home theater upgrade, and my tablet for those times when the built in speakers are not enough.
Now, not everything is honey and cup cakes. Even through the grills come off of these speakers you'll want to keep them on. They are super ugly with the grills off. Second, there is no off switch. Not sure why something as simple and inexpensive as a power switch is such a no no feature these days but they are becoming a rarity in the computer speaker world. Take a look at that super expensive Bose speakers. You'll hear them humming all night drinking up electricity when nothing else is turned on. I plugged mine into a small Panamamax power strip so that I could isolate this as well as a few other components that require a physical disconnect from power when not in use. ie, it has a power switch.
Finally, whatever you run through these speakers you will want to have some kind of DAC or equalizer function to process your music source. Otherwise these babies will make your audio experience sound very harsh. I ran into this when I first purchased the unit. I hooked an old CD player directly to the unit. The sound was terrible. I then ran the same CD on my computer desktop with the new sound card. The Creative Labs card has a 24-bit DAC. The difference was immediately noticeable. The same with my Pioneer Elite. The sound quality was night and day when compared to the direct sourced, unprocessed music. So, if you plan on hooking these up to a poor audio source without a DAC then you may not like these. My recommendation is bring a stereo cable with you to BB and try out your MP3 player, iPhone, or whatever portable device you, and try these out on the floor before making your purchasing decision. I did and am not regretting the decision. Outside of investing in a real hi-fi system for my computer these do the job just fine.

Great movie, strange ending

Overall I really enjoyed this movie series. I only wish the final ending was less anti-climatic. I will say that the ending does make sense and is deserving of the series in a strongly emotional way. Other than that I will not spoil the ending. The steel cover is excellent. It costs a little more but justifies it's premium every time I look at it. It's just awesome to look at. There are not any extra's with the steel series other than the metal case and cool artwork. If you are a fan then you will want the steel series. If you don't care about the premium look then go with the regular version.

I originally purchased this product because I thought I had a wireless dead spot in my home. As it turns out the dead spot was between my ears and not my wireless connectivity. At the end of the day I ended up returning this product. The product itself was very easy to configure and it found my main wireless with a minimum of configuration. The connection was strong and stable. I did perform a firmware update on this product via the built in update feature. Everything went well. At the end of the day this proved to be the wrong product for the right problem. This doesn't mean that this was a bad product. It actually is a very good product. The four port switch with the wireless access point feature was really cool and solved a few issues I had with multiple non-wireless devices. The interface was easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a range issue with their current wireless network. In my case it turned out that my wireless issue was really failed wireless adapters on my equipment which I ultimately replaced.

Excellent Product

I have many Samsung SSDs. I currently own four of these drives: two 840s and two 850s. So far they have remained reliable and speedy. I have read many reviews on SSDs before settling on the Samsung's. My main driver for me was the chipset driving these. I read too many reviews about SSDs that were fantastic performers for about the first month of ownership and then degraded to typical HDD speeds with little to remedy other than reformatting the drive and starting from scratch. I didn't read any reviews stating this same phenomenon occurring with either Intel or Samsung. Price per performance favored the Samsung drives so I pulled the trigger. My older 840s still operate wonderfully and these newer 850s are still meeting my expectations. My computer activity is a mix of clerical type activities and budget gaming. There are a lot of SSDs on the market that will beat the Samsung in raw performance however my goal was a mix of performance and reliability over the long haul and not the short sprint.
