As of right now, the game will not run on mid to low end PCs. Horrible optimization for AMD users. If you have a high end PC, you probably won't notice as much issues.
Buy at your own risk, it's a bad port for a good game, but they''re planning on getting it fixed.

First, I would like to mention that I started playing WoW during its Vanilla days. So I've been around to see the high and low on this game.
Legion is a beautiful game, no doubt about that. Each zone is different and the graphics have improved again.
The problem is the what the developers did to the game mechanics. Developers have been really bad at communicating with the community, making changes that makes no sense, and insulting the player base.
Classes have been pruned to the point where it's all homogenized. Professions are useless. Artifacts are time-gated...
They're afraid of innovation, just milking WoW for all its worth. If you stopped playing the game at some point, there's no need to return. If you're new to WoW, give it a try. Despite all the flaws, it's still one of the better MMO's out on the market.
