Better than I expected

I was a bit skeptical, thinking this thing would really only work well with frozen foods. It does that very well but I was also pleasantly surprised to see how well it does with raw foods as well. Great homemade potato, wings, etc. Fast, doesn't stink up the house and easy to clean. I like it.

Not only for beginners

I wasn't expecting much from this guitar, but being it's a Gibson, I knew it would at least be decent. It's a no frills design. One pickup and one volume control, but it gets the job done quite well. The pickup sounds fantastic, and the factory setup was very good--no adjustments needed. Because this is a Melody Maker, it has more of a C shape neck, but I found it very comfortable to play. Bonus it comes with a quality Gibson gig bag that fits the guitar's shape. It's not anything like playing my Les Paul Studio, but it's not meant to be. This is a stripped down rock machine and it delivers the goods.

What's not so great: slightly smaller than a standard Explorer
