Effective, but Annoying

The unit is very effective at charging the phone. It also allows you to use your cell phone as an alarm clock which you can see at night.
However, for some reason the designer placed a very bright blue LED on the front of the unit. This LED comes on whenever the unit has a phone on it. We have had to take a placard and tape it over the LED so it doesn't shine in your eyes when you're trying to fall asleep.

Does the Job, But Falling Apart Already

Purchased just before a cross-country trip. After 2000 miiles and a couple of weeks driving back and forth to work, the foam padding on the lower left is already coming off. Also, since it is a generic unit, you have to plug and unplug the phone every time.

Personally I find the unit uncomfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. The objects don't really seem 3D to me (astigmatism?). However, it is very entertaining to watch someone else use the unit.

Switching from iPhone 6S+

There are things I really like about this phone. In particular, I enjoy being able to take notes with the stylus. I also really like the auto complete much better than what the iPhone did. Also, you can actually place the cursor where you want to while editing which is almost impossible on iPhone. Finally, I like the large screen.
But there are things that drive me nuts:
1. Battery life is much worse than the 6S+. I could make it through 2 days without charging. Now, I frequently need to plug in when I get home from work to do anything during the evening.
2. There are things that are just plain goofy. The biggest selling point of the phone is the stylus. In the store they show you handwriting recognition. But, the phone out of the box doesn't do it. You have to install some additional software but there's nothing that tells you that. I found out by googling why my Note wouldn't do handwriting recognition. And, the recognition isn't as good as I had on an iPaq in 2002.
3. There seem to be different versions of basic software for the note than other Android phones. I installed Gmail because online reviews said it was the best email client for Android. It is almost useless on the Note and most of the online help doesn't apply.

How long does a full charge take on the fast charge pad?
It takes about the same amount of time as charging the phone into one of the new superchargers. Generally, about two hours.

Yes, you can print from iPhone. It isn't exactly intuitive. You have to choose to share the item and one of the options will be print. Then, you can print via WiFi.

Just bought a new Mazda 6 2015 Friday and I miss my Sirius xm already. My car as touch screen with pandora and navigation as a option but when u have to pay 500 for it I said I pass. But is there, if I want it later all I have to do is call them. But how can I get Sirius in my new car. Please help!!
Get an XMP3i (or the latest version of it). You can use it in the car, at home, or as a portable.
