I was excited to learn that the tv show would have an album. I enjoy Glee and have all of the soundtracks. I thought this soundtrack would be pretty enjoyable. It's okay. I like the original songs toward the end. I can do without the covers. There are other songs that I wished were added. I still listen to it, just not all the songs.
What's great about it: I like the original songs. I go right to those.
What's not so great: I'm okay with the covers... I like the Glee covers better.
20 reason to love this CD: every song is fabulous. I LOVE "Poker Face". It is hard for me to hear the Lady GaGa version now. "Dream On" is my daughters' favorite. We have been able to connect over the music. It's bringing families together!! You can't go wrong with this CD.
I think the marketing reps behind this show are genius. I'm hooked. I have to buy every CD. Haven't purchased any DVDs yet but that is probably going to be my number one must have gift this Christmas. The CD is great. I relive the finals over and over again. My favorite is "To Sir With Love". The cast doesn't disappoint.
I love Xtina! Her voice is so rich and pure. After several listens I enjoy the entire CD. There are some songs that sound similar, I guess that is because of the techno vibe. The ballads are great. You can't go wrong with a CD from her.
What's great about it: Voice is stunning!
What's not so great: Some songs sound the same - techno feel.
I was flipping channels in February and came across the last 30 minutes of this comedy show. I was in tears and screaming from the craziness that Les brings. I had to find out when it was on again. I told my sister to watch... I saw the DVD advertised on the Chelsey Lately show and had to buy it immediately. This is my number one referred DVD right now. Les is hysterical. I love the audience interaction, it shows her improv skills. I would love to see her in person.
I loved the chemistry that Ryan and Sandra had. The "singing" parts are hysterical and make the entire movie. I've seen it a few times and still laugh like its the first time.
This album is constantly being played in my car, on my phone, at my job and in my house. I love Jazmine's voice. It is earthy and rich, something I miss from lauryn Hill. The types of songs are very eclectic. The sound, reminiscent of 70's vinyl is something that I love too. Love it love it love it. What more can I say.
What's great about it: Music, Lyrics, Vocal Arrangements
