The sound is great and it connects to his iPhone very easy. You can even answer your phone with it when it is connected. It works for Pandora or just the music on your phone. You can also connect it to your laptop with an auxiliary cord (purchased separately).

Love the tempered glass protector. This one is for my sons phone. Best Buy put it on for us so I can't give a review on how easy it is to put on. But I have one on my phone and dropped my phone on the floor at the mall. It chipped the edge of the protector but my phone was just fine. Love the earphones

I need a replacement.
I have the receipt and have a crack in the screen protector. Will the store replace it?
I don't think the store replaces it. I think zagg does. Not sure about it though. I was told by the store I bought it at that the company would replace it if it cracked. So I'm assuming that you have to go through the company. Wouldn't hurt to call the store
