I only collect Amiibos that are cool models all by themselves. The Metroid Amiibo is just amazing, I'm a huge fan of how they used multiple materilas to get the figure right. It isn't compatible with a lot of current games, which is a bummer, but getting to look at them on my shelf is gratifying enough.

[Lead actor] is a legend (wow they made me censor his name). His routine as a mad inventor and loving father still feels fresh.
There are plenty of memorable songs for my kid: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Toot Sweets, P.O.S.H. The downside is your be humming them to yourself all day.
If you have young kids, this is a staple for your movie library.

I've had Otter Boxes before, they were pretty bulky beasts. This one however feels pretty modest, despite making the phone Mach more rugged. It also has a great feel in your hand. They did a great job rounding the edges just enough so that it would be comfortable but not slippery. they left the sides of the case as exposed rubber too. This also helps with grip while not leaving anything to catch on your pockets.
The one big downside is the rubber flap covering the lightning port. It's great for blocking lint, but it makes docking and undocking very difficult.

Fun Strategy Gameplay

Mario+Rabbids is such a weird mashup, but it does work. Mario is so "polished and wholesome" and the Rabbids are the equivalent of slapstick trailer trash. It actually makes for some great comedy relief and the weapons/ story line wackier that usual for what would normally be an a serious, and challenging strategy title.
In terms of gameplay, it is fun and easy to understand, but there are so many gameplay mechanics, that it is easy to forget about power-ups. A great example is Mario's ability to cure status effects by jumping on another player. You don't get alerts that this is an option and it often gets forgotten, along with other upgradeable moves. I also found the transition animations tedious and unnecessary, I wish you could skip past them or speed them up. It makes battles take forever.
Overall I'd recommend this game. I doubt I would play a sequel, but as a standalone title it is worth a play through, especially if you like turn based strategy RPGs

Full HD Mariokart on the go? Yes Please! The last time I played Mariokart was on the 3DS. This is so much better. I never played the Wii U version, so it was a real eye opener. The tracks have so much detail and having them in high definition is totally immersive. With all of the characters unlocked right off the bat, I could jump right in and choose what I wanted without any DLC.
Probably the best part is local multi-player. That is how this game was meant to be played. There's nothing like split screening with friends. Multiplayer off the television was so difficult on the 3DS. But now with the switch, I can play with friends on the spot. It's a perfect fit for the platform.
This is a staple if you own the Switch. It is great for quick games while you're waiting on the bus, or you need a quick break from work. the fact that the races last just 3 minutes makes it super easy to sneak in a quick game!

The story stinks. It's just another Hollywood ride movie. The ship is literally torn to shreds by an undefeatable mystery enemy after just 30 minutes of screen time. This is literally the plot of all three films.
