I had to change from a built in double gas oven to electric. This was the oven that would fit in the same place without too much alteration. That was the basis for the selection. Since then I have determined that it is a very good double oven and I like it more than the gas one. The looks are great and it works like it should.

Do the oven lights have an of/off switch? Someone said elsewhere that the lights only came on when you open the doors?

Yes you can turn them on and off from the outside.
