I was a little skeptical at first since we have a complete surround sound with active sub. However, after several weeks of use I can honestly say that this one gets the job done VERY well.

The absence of extreme violence is a plus and immediately makes this film more entertaining. If you prefer guts and gore: then this is not a movie you will like. If you prefer better acting while attempting to keep the "idea" of "Robocop" still working you will like it.
The final ability of Alex to override the programming and demonstrate the human will over the mechanical at the end was well done.
Overall a better movie that (while still needs a bit of brushing up before a thinking about a sequel) is still much more entertaining than the original
