Excellent but not perfect.

This review is for the Arctis Pro Wireless.The reason I gave this a full 5 stars is simply because the flaws it does have are minimal to me and don't hurt the overall value.
-Sound/Volume: It's superb. You can adjust/create your own EQ via the base station so you should find something you like. Max volume is good but you have to remove the volume cap via the base station. I do wish that the volume increments were smaller so that you could find that perfect volume and the same goes for the game/chat balance. The increments are quite large and if you're in a party chat you'll find yourself having to mix more towards chat otherwise game sound is too loud.
-Comfort: It's great but beware. Those with large ears or ears that stick out may find them not so comfortable. I have average size ears (at least I think so) and don't stick out too much and yet I seem to fill ear cup as there have been times where I can feel my ear barely touching the speaker drivers inside. It was noticeable at first but after a few uses I don't feel it anymore. Other than that the headband strap is comfortable and distributes the weight quite well.
-Microphone/Sidetone: This one is tricky as every console processes the mic differently but for me on PS4 it's been good. Actually the best sounding mic on any headset I've used. I've used other SteelSeries, ASTRO, Lucidsound, Tritton and while those are good, the mic on this Arctis Pro Wireless is much better. Very clear. One thing to note, and I'm not sure if this is an issue with my headset or not but when the battery is low and the beeps come about to notify me the microphone level goes down. To the point where it's of no use cause nobody can hear me. The moment I switch to a new fully charged battery the microphone works normal again. A bit annoying when you're in a match and communication is crucial but not a deal breaker. The sidetone could be a bit louder but it's good and it works well.
-Battery/range: Hands down the best in the market. SteelSeries battery solution is perfect. Your headset is and will always be wireless. No cables for charging. You get two Lithium ION batteries, one which you'll be using and the other is neatly tucked away inside the base station charging waiting for when needed. Swapping batteries takes seconds and each battery (comes with two batteries) lasts about 15 hours. Range is also great. I have a 1300 square foot home with a front patio and driveway. I can walk out to the street before I loose signal. Not that anyone would but you get the idea.

Not much to say other than this thing being awesome. Personally I think this accessory is a smart investment as it'll give you access to having the Switch in another room. I wish it was just as cheap and as easy to do this with my PS4 and Xbox One. At the moment I have two docks, one in the living room and one in my bedroom. It works flawlessly!!! I'll be moving soon and I'll definitely be purchasing more of these docks for the additional rooms.

Enhance game play with this Nintendo Switch pro controller. Don't get me wrong, the Joy Con works great and its versatility is unmatched. However, nothing beats a traditional controller for the typical "couch gaming". If you use your Switch on tv mode more often than not then this is an absolute must for you. It's lightweight and the button layout is excellent. Very well designed. Will make games like Zelda much easier to maneuver. Excellent product all around, worth every penny.

Not worth the asking price...

Had to go with one star ("poor") as two stars ("fair") is just not the correct rating to give this product.
The sound quality is okay, nothing really that impressive. Where this headset shines is in comfort and that is simply because Turtle Beach is known for making really uncomfortable headsets in the past so this one stands out. The suspension headband works well at reducing the weight of the headset, although the adjustment sliders for the suspension headband are useless. They made no difference when adjusted one way or the other. The earcups are soft and do help to alleviate the heat build up around your ears.
For the asking price this headset is "okay" at best. Sound quality is not terrible but it isn't great either. They're pretty comfortable but what we mustn't forget is the price tag. There are far more superior headsets, in both audio quality and comfort, out there for less money than these. The Hyper X clouds are one, the AudioTechnica ATH PG1 is another, the ASTRO A40 headset is yet another example. Hope this helps.

This review is based on gaming experience only, on PS4... According to Best Buy's rating system two stars is "fair" and the performance of this product at this price is definitely NOT fair. So I gave it one star, "poor".
The pros, it works with just about all gaming consoles and the two good presets sound good but to a point. (more about that later).
The cons.... The surround sound is not good, at all. Though you are supposed to hear things as if the sound is all around you the TB T.A.C did a very poor job at that. The sound almost felt like stereo although it was set correctly in surround sound, I triple checked to make sure. It has 16 presets, however, 4 are stereo, 4 are for movies, 4 are for music and there are only 4 designed for gaming. Tried them all and for gaming the only ones that were good were the few designed for gaming, go figure. The real sad part is that out of those four, only two were good, "signature sound" and "shooter". The other two were complete trash, "super human hearing" and "footstep focus". Super human hearing sounded like a school's P.A system and footstep focus had an exaggerated amount of base which ironically did not allow you to focus on footsteps. WTF! Signature sound and shooter were good but only really worked well in campaign and/or casual gameplay, they didn't fare well during competitive/multiplayer gaming. The on-board controls work well but once you find a good spot for all the settings you don't want to move them and that can be annoying cause the sliders are easily moved by the slightest touch. So you'll find yourself adjusting the settings at least once or twice every single time you play. On-board controls are good in theory but not in real life.
The TB T.A.C offers no advantages over it's competition yet it boasts a higher price tag and this is simply unacceptable. Hope this helps.
